Snap doesn’t snap, snaps to unexpected angles, or makes it hard to fine-tune the rotation.
Quick checks
- Confirm snap is turned on and you’re in the right mode (common vs step).
- If using step snap, check the step size (1°/5°/10°).
- Re-check your baseline alignment: snap won’t fix a tilted image.
Fixes that usually work
- Switch between common and step snap depending on what you need.
- Turn snap off to fine-tune the last 1–2 degrees.
- Use a guide line as a baseline when the image edge is unclear.
