Export issues: download fails or looks wrong
Export doesn’t start, the file is empty, or the result doesn’t match what you expected.
Most common causes
- The browser blocked the download (pop-up/download settings or extensions).
- The measurement list is empty, so data exports don’t include what you expect.
- Very large images can make exports slow or fail due to memory limits.
Fixes that usually work
- Try another browser or allow downloads/pop-ups for this site.
- Add at least one measurement point before exporting CSV/Excel/JSON data.
- Export PNG first to validate the view, then export PDF if you need a report file.
- If exports are slow, reduce image size or simplify the view (hide extra guides/grids) and try again.
